Lisa Chou, MBA, is an experienced professional in HR technology and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as Senior Manager, HR Technology & Operations at OPTrust since April 2018. In this role, Lisa manages the overall Workday program and leads various organizational initiatives such as change management, talent management, and employee engagement. Prior to OPTrust, Lisa held the position of AVP, Strategic Programs at DBRS Morningstar, where global cross-functional initiatives, including HR transformation and learning development, were led. Earlier experience also includes serving as a Management Consultant at Accenture, overseeing large-scale projects in the financial services sector. Lisa holds an MBA from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Economics with a Finance specialization from the University of Waterloo.
