Alessandro Casali has extensive work experience in various roles within the optomechanical industry. Alessandro joined Optotech S.r.l. Socio Unico in 2010 as a Gestione Organizzativa/Lavoro Diretto, where they conducted methane leak inspections, organized work, and managed data. In 2012, they became a Disegnatore Meccanico at Optotech s.r.l., specializing in mechanical design. In 2013, they transitioned to a Tecnico Manutentore role at Optotech S.r.l. Socio Unico, focused on servicing ophthalmic lens generating machines for Italian customers. Since 2023, Alessandro has been working as the Head of Italian Service for Surfacing and Hard Coating at OptoTech.

Alessandro Casali pursued a bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from Politecnico di Milano. Alessandro completed their studies in the field of Industrial and Product Design from 2005 to 2014.
