Steven Ferrandino has extensive work experience in the technology and customer service industries. Steven started their career as a Server/Bartender at Not Your Average Joes from May 2008 to October 2015. In 2011, they worked as a Desktop Support Technician at CompuCom and later as a Desktop Engineer at Robert Half Technology from August 2011 to April 2013. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a Desktop Engineer at CompuCom. In 2016, they joined The Hanover Insurance Group as a Desktop Support Technician and remained there until July 2022. Currently, they are working as a Technical Support Engineer at Optos since August 2021.

Steven Ferrandino completed their high school education at Nipmuc Regional High School from 2000 to 2004, earning a High School Diploma in General Studies. Steven then went on to attend Framingham State University from 2004 to 2006, studying Mathematics and Chemistry, although they did not obtain a degree.
