Gary L. has extensive work experience in the field service industry. Gary most recently worked at Optos as a Senior Field Service Engineer starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they held a role as a Field Service Engineer at Optos from January 2017 to April 2022. Before their time at Optos, Gary L. worked at Canon, Inc. as a Field Service Technician from June 2011 to January 2017. Gary also gained experience at Apple, where they worked as a Technical Support Specialist from August 2015 to December 2016 and as a Product Specialist from August 2010 to June 2012.

Gary L. pursued their education in a disciplined and focused manner. Gary started their academic journey at the University of the East in 2005, where they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Technology in 2009. Following this, they attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2010, where they obtained a Certificate of Technical Studies in Electronics Technician Commoncore. They continued their education at the same institute, completing a Diploma of Technical Studies in Computer and Business Equipment from 2010 to 2011.
