Elena Plekhanova has extensive experience in management and human resources, having served as T&D-manager at OptoGaN since October 2010. Prior to this role, Elena worked as an HR-specialist at New ERA from June 2009 to October 2010 and as a training coordinator at Ford Motor Company from June 2009 to January 2010.
