Amanda McGovern, CLMS, SPHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance. Currently serving as a Senior Benefits Analyst at Optiv since November 2022, Amanda previously held the position of Senior Human Performance Advisor at Adventist Health, where responsibilities included providing employee relations advice and consulting on compensation projects. Prior roles encompass HR Manager at MD West ONE, overseeing HR activities for multiple clinics, and managing employee benefits at Lozier Corporation for over 2,000 employees. With foundational HR roles at Bethany Gardens Skilled Living Center and Waterville Residential Care Center, Amanda has developed a comprehensive skill set in recruitment, payroll, and policy development. Amanda earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from SUNY Polytechnic Institute and attended Syracuse University.
