Manoj Kumar Gangwar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Manoj Kumar is currently employed at OptIQ.AI as a Sr. Founding Engineer since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Vahan as a Software Engineer III from September 2021 to October 2022, and as a Software Engineer II from August 2021 to August 2022. Manoj Kumar also gained experience at Honeywell as a Software Engineer II from July 2019 to July 2021. Before joining the industry, they completed their M.Tech thesis at Indian Railways from May 2018 to May 2019, where they formulated mechanisms for generating railway route control charts. Manoj Kumar also worked as a Teaching Assistant at IIT Kharagpur from July 2018 to November 2018. In addition, they have experience as a frontend and backend engineer at QnQmentors, where they developed an Online Exam Platform for one year from September 2016 to June 2017.

Manoj Kumar Gangwar obtained their Master of Technology degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Manoj Kumar pursued this degree from 2017 to 2019.
