Brianna Gillen is a Technical Support Engineer at Options Technology since June 2020, following a role as a Demonstrator at Queen's University Belfast from September 2019 to May 2020, where responsibilities included guiding undergraduate students in System Administration and Maintenance. Prior experience includes serving as a Production Support Analyst at Citi during a placement year from July 2018 to June 2019 within the FX Cash team, and working as a Sales Assistant at Dunnes Stores from November 2014 to June 2018, which transitioned from a seasonal to a permanent position due to strong performance. Brianna holds a degree from Queen's University Belfast, completed in 2020, and attended Dean Maguirc College from 2009 to 2016.
