Katy Chevalier is an experienced program manager currently overseeing employment services at the County of Santa Cruz's Human Services Department since March 2016. Additionally, Katy serves as a board member for Options For All, providing policy guidance for a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Katy has also contributed as a Service Provider Advisory Committee Member at San Andreas Regional Center, advocating and liaising with community agencies. Previously, Katy directed operations for multiple employment and housing programs at Options For All, managed a significant budget, and worked as a certified Red Cross instructor, training numerous individuals in essential life-saving skills. Katy holds a BA degree in Psychology and Liberal Studies from San Jose State University.
