Joseph Gleed possesses extensive experience in the steel manufacturing industry, holding various supervisory and operational roles. Currently serving as Caster Supervisor and Melt Shop Supervisor at Optimus Steel LLC since June 2023, Joseph previously worked as Rolling Mill Operations Manager at Cascade Steel Rolling Mills, Inc. from June 2020 to June 2023. At Gerdau Special Steel North America, Joseph held multiple positions from November 2010 to June 2020, including mill operator and overhead crane operator, focusing on ensuring product tolerances and quality. Joseph's career began at MAP as a Lead Material Handler from July 2006 to September 2009. Joseph is pursuing a Mechanical Journeyman degree at Jackson College, having studied at Baker College of Jackson from 2004 to 2006.
