Mildred Hungria, LCSW, SIFI, is an experienced behavioral health professional with a strong background in clinical supervision and psychotherapy. Currently serving as a Behavioral Health Senior Clinician at Optimus Health Care since December 2017, Mildred provides clinical supervision and participates in the hiring process for new clinicians. As the owner and psychotherapist at Fortaleza Therapeutic Services, PLLC, since October 2019, Mildred offers bilingual psychotherapy in a supportive environment. Previous experience includes roles at Palabra Counseling & Training Center, The Institute for Family Health, and various internships focusing on mental health services. Mildred's academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University and ongoing professional development through a Post-Master's Certificate Program for Social Work Supervisors at the University of Connecticut.
