Pravin Mengawade possesses extensive experience in operations and leadership roles within the fintech and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Optimus Fintech since January 2021, Pravin previously held the position of AVP at Opus Consulting Solutions from August 2016 to December 2020. Prior to that, Pravin was Vice President of Product Delivery at IZealiant Technologies for a brief period in 2015. Additional experience includes a role as Business Leader at Mastercard and over 14 years at Electra Card Services, where Pravin progressed through various positions including Delivery Head, Delivery Manager for State Bank of India, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Implementation Specialist.
