Guy Gangarossa is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in multi-platform technical support and systems administration. Currently serving as a Computer Services Consultant II at the Alzheimer's Therapeutic Research Institute since January 2018, Guy specializes in creating training programs, standardized processes, and support for various operating systems. In addition to this role, Guy has been a Remote Operations Engineer at Optimum Networking since November 2011, providing technical leadership in support of Shortel and Office 365, along with extensive experience in virtual systems and network troubleshooting. Previous positions have included technical roles at The Denver Post, Creative Crafts Group, LLC, and Apple Computers, demonstrating a consistent commitment to resolving complex hardware and software issues while enhancing customer service and system performance.
