Shani Sheleg has extensive experience in customer success and marketing across various industries. Currently serving as Customer Success Team Lead at Optimove since May 2021, Shani previously held roles such as Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager within the same company. Prior to Optimove, Shani was the Head of Marketing and Sales at Ashtrom Port, where responsibilities included brand building and client relationship management. At Halcyon Gallery, Shani worked as Retail Operations Manager and Business Development Manager, overseeing global operations and maintaining relationships with VIP clients. Earlier experience includes project management for Tal Ben-Shahar, internal communications at Amdocs, and customer success at CUPS - Unlimited Coffee. Shani holds a B.A. in Psychology from Reichman University and completed a program at Sotheby's Institute of Art.
