Andy Yen is a seasoned Sr. Linux/UNIX Engineer with extensive experience in both systems engineering and administration. Currently at Optimos since May 2014 and Capstone Corporation since September 2013, Andy has played a critical role in managing EMC Cloud Infrastructure and Services. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Engineer at MAXIMUS, where skills in enterprise UNIX server design and virtualization were developed, as well as extensive work at the University of Maryland University College focusing on the deployment of UNIX servers and storage systems. Andy holds multiple certifications, including RHCSA, VMware Certified Professional, and Sun Certified System Administrator, and possesses a Public Trust security clearance. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting was earned from the University of Maryland between 1995 and 1998.
