Tijn van der Wel is an HR Applicatiespecialist at Optimo since September 2023, following a diverse career in various roles within the hospitality and human resources sectors. Previous experience includes serving as a Kapitein bandraften at Recreatiepark TerSpegelt and holding multiple positions such as Kok at Restaurant Bij de Neut and Restaurant WOEST. Tijn also completed an HR-Trainee position at Belvilla and has gained valuable experience in human resources through a traineeship at Carlton Beach. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management from Avans Academie and a level 4 diploma in Hospitality Management from De Rooi Pannen.
