Trisha Hanlon is a Senior Technical Writer at Optimizely since May 2021, following a notable career at IBM from June 2014 to June 2020, where roles included Staff Software Engineer responsible for Cloud Developer Experience and deployment of Watson APIs, as well as contributions to the IBM ReadyApps program. Trisha's early experiences include positions as a Campus Tour Guide and Telecounselor at Saint Joseph's College of Indiana, a Summer of Networking Intern at Indiana University-Bloomington, and Sales Associate roles at Walmart. Trisha holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Springfield (2016-2017) and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from Saint Joseph's College (2010-2014).
