Michael Graves is an experienced professional in data analysis and customer success, currently serving as Team Lead for Customer Success Analytics at Optimizely since September 2018. Michael has a robust background in business intelligence and data integration, having worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst for the London Fire Brigade and as Data Integration Lead at Veolia.
