Zachary Collard is a Supply Chain & Operations Consultant at EY and a Support Team Analyst at optiMize, where focus is on sustainability project development and consulting. Zachary is also the founder of Beachfront Boat and Dock Works, a successful boat cleaning business in Richland, MI, which experienced a 400% growth within the first two years. Previous experience includes serving as an Industrial Engineering Intern at Harloff Manufacturing Company, where Zachary conducted analyses of workflows and assisted in process improvements, and as a Marketing Intern at Sherriff-Goslin Roofing Company, generating over 50 new clients through various marketing efforts. Zachary is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial and Operations at the University of Michigan College of Engineering, following completion of high school diplomas from Gull Lake High School and the Kalamazoo Area Mathematics and Science Center.
