Charles Robinson has over four decades of experience in human resources, workforce development, and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Small Business, CDL & Group Benefits Specialist at Legal Shield & I.D. Shield since 1999, Charles has also held significant positions, including Distinguished-Outstanding SC District Governor for Optimist International and chairman of the YTC Commission at York Technical College. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources and Workforce Development Services professional with the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce and as a manager at Rockwell International. Charles holds a Master of Science in Personnel and Industrial Relations from Winthrop University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Livingstone College.
