Joe Pykerman is an experienced Managing Director currently leading Optimise Group Ltd since August 2016. Previously, Joe held multiple roles at MJ Ferguson Services Limited from November 2013 to August 2016, progressing from Senior Projects Manager to Sales Director. Joe founded JBP Connections in April 2009, serving as Managing Director and shareholder for five years, successfully expanding the company before selling shares to pursue executive-level opportunities. Earlier in Joe's career, significant experience was gained as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Associated Services Essex Ltd from April 2003 to April 2009, following an apprenticeship that provided comprehensive training in electrical project management and supervision. Education was completed at Chelmsford and Shenfield High School, culminating in a high school degree.
