Paal also worked as Transportsjef at Felleskjøpet Agri SA from January 2009 to September 2013 and has experience in logistics management with SAS Technical Services AB and SAS Component Group, focusing on transportation, freight, and process development. Educational background includes studies at the University of Skövde from 2007 to 2008.
