Mark Francis Ferrer Jr. PT, DPT is an experienced physical therapist with a comprehensive background in home health care, focusing on elderly clients with complex comorbid conditions. Currently serving as a Home Care Physical Therapist at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice since January 2023 and as the Lead Physical Therapist at Optimal Home Care, Inc. since December 2021, Mark has previously held positions at LHC Group, BAYADA Home Health Care, Encompass Health, Abode Homehealth, Health Carousel, Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Humanitarian City, and DAR AL FOUAD HOSPITAL. Mark is a certified Fall Prevention Specialist and holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Utica University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from de los santos college and Far Eastern University.
