Jeffrey Goldsmith

Jeffrey Goldsmith has worked in the field of operations research and big data sciences for over a decade. In 2022, they began working as a Senior OR Engineer at Optimal Dynamics. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Senior Modelling and Simulation Engineer at JDSAT Operations Research & Big Data Sciences. From 2010 to 2019, they were a Senior Consultant in Data Science and a Research Fellow at LMI. In this role, they were the project leader for the modernization of the Aircraft Sustainability Model (ASM). From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Research Co-op at CUBRC, where they analyzed synchronous data flow simulation models and wrote Java programs to implement optimization for simulation. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as an Engineering Co-op at Parker Hannifin, where they used EVSM to draw dynamic value stream maps, completed a shared resource analysis, created schedules for brazing furnaces, and conducted time studies and 5s audits.

Jeffrey Goldsmith obtained a BS/MS in Industrial Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology between 2005 and 2010. In October 2015, they obtained the CORe: Credential of Readiness from HBX | Harvard Business School. In August 2021, they obtained a Project Leadership certification from LinkedIn.
