Walker Heintz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2014, they worked as a Counselor at Camp Awesome®, where they supervised and cared for children aged 5-14. From 2018 to 2021, they were involved in scientific research, serving as a Data Analyst and Researcher for the Alivisatos Group for Undergraduate Research, studying nanoparticle behavior. During the same period, they were also the Purification Research Lead at the UC Berkeley Biofuels Technology Club, where they led a team in developing laboratory procedures for purifying bio-diesel. Walker also worked as a Head Chef at Cloyne Court from 2019 to 2021, and as a Laboratory Technician, Research Associate, and Associate Scientist at Full Cycle from 2021 to 2023. Most recently, they joined Optimal Biotech Group in 2023 as a Sales Engineer. Additionally, Walker gained leadership and organizational skills as the Director-General and Chief of Staff at the International Model United Nations Association, where they planned and executed large-scale conferences.
