Sheila Herod has extensive experience in talent acquisition and development, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition & Development Manager at Optima Communications International since July 2003. In this role, Sheila effectively plans and implements recruitment strategies while managing advertising for various recruitment channels. Additionally, Sheila has held the position of Development & Retention Manager, where responsibilities included designing and facilitating training programs and ensuring the consistent delivery of developmental workshops across the organization. Prior to joining Optima Communications International, Sheila worked at Bell Canada from 1985 to 2000 as a Corporate Sales Trainer. Sheila's educational background includes studies at Mohawk College.
