Alesha Miller has extensive experience in the healthcare and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Medical Assistant and Patient Account Representative at Optim Orthopedics since January 2020, Alesha previously held various roles, including Customer Service Specialist at DICK'S Sporting Goods and Rehabilitation Technician at Glancy Rehabilitation Center. Alesha's experience also includes a position as a Seasonal Athletic Training Assistant Intern with the Atlanta Falcons, where support was provided for athlete rehabilitation and training operations. Additionally, Alesha has worked as a Recreational Aide II at Liberty Regional Medical Center and a Rehabilitation Technician at Innovative Therapy Concepts. Alesha began the journey in healthcare as a student volunteer at Optim Orthopedics and has previous experience as a Sharps Service Technician at Stericycle. Alesha holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Georgia Southern University and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Sports Medicine at the same institution.
