Brian Aurilio is a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in various companies. Brian started their career at Volpe National Transportation System Center in 1990, where they implemented two operational graphical applications for Air Traffic Management ahead of schedule. Brian also developed a system to demonstrate the Internet capabilities of the ETMS system to the FAA. From 1997 to 2006, Brian worked at WSI, where they designed and implemented the first real-time rendering weather presentation system, TrueView Alert, in the company's history. Brian consistently delivered timely releases and expanded the application's features and functionality. At Cambridge Research & Instrumentation Inc from 2006 to 2010, Brian redesigned a research microscope controlling and image acquisition GUI application for commercial pharmaceutical use. Brian automated the handling of microscope slides and improved usage and throughput. Most recently, Brian has been working at Optikos Corporation as a Senior Software Engineer since 2015.
Brian Aurilio attended Suffolk University from 1989 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science.
