Brant Hardman has worked in a variety of roles since 2001. Brant began their career as an SBA Accountant for Community First National Bank in 2001. In 2005, they worked as an Accounts Receivable for Henriksen/Butler Design Group. From 2006 to 2009, they were a Loan Servicing Specialist for Select Portfolio Servicing. In 2010, they became a Secondary Marketing Analyst for Primary Residential Mortgage. From 2012 to 2019, they were a Trader/Secondary Marketing Analyst for Citywide Home Loans. Currently, they are a Sr. Implementation Manager for OptiFunder, a FinTech company specializing in the automation of purchase advices from investors to upload for each individual client.

Brant Hardman has a Bachelor in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Brant also attended Bear River High School.
