Maxwell McCrady began their career in 2015 as a Summer Intern at both BNY Mellon and ZWJ Investment Counsel. In 2021, they joined OpTic Gaming as Manager of Partnership Strategy, Growth and Sales Coordinator, and Business Operations Intern.

Maxwell McCrady attended The Lovett School from 2002 to 2016 and the University of Virginia from 2016 to 2020.
