Jon Merone is an experienced sales professional with a robust background in regional sales management across various industries, including security, training simulation, and environmental services. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager for Security at Optex since August 2024, Jon previously held similar roles at POLARGY, VirTra, and Boon Edam USA, where responsibilities included developing business relationships with security integrators and end users. Jon began their career in business development roles, including positions at Safety-Kleen, ESEI, Ryder Transportation, and Pella Corporation. An MBA from Iowa State University complements Jon's academic qualifications, which also include a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Northern Iowa and an Associate degree from Waldorf University.
