William Lenz has over 15 years of full life-cycle software development experience within the Intelligence Community and Telecom industries. Prior to joining Optensity, Mr. Lenz developed a number of large scale systems within the IC while working for Solers and CACI. He also specializes in R&D and prototyping efforts within Service Oriented Architectures. During his time in the Telecom industry, Mr. Lenz led software development efforts specializing in Customer Care and Billing for a number of large telcos. Mr. Lenz holds a BS in Applied Mathematics/Computer Science from the University of Colorado.
