Anita O'Donnell-Mandell has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications and IT services industry. Anita began their career in 1984 as a Customer Support Manager at Electronic Offices Centers of America and Amerisystems. In 1991, they took on the role of Senior Consultant at Northwestern University, where they were responsible for project management activities related to PBX and LAN design, expansion, and deployment for the Evanston campus. In 1996, they moved to Andersen Worldwide LLP as a Senior Telecom Analyst, where they provided office-based telecom support personnel guidance on all matters relating to PBX system configuration and service standards. In 1999, Anita joined Accenture as Manager of Infrastructure Outsourcing Central Infrastructure Management Global Voice Team, where they were responsible for globally focused telecommunications initiatives involving the definition of voice network architectures and development of strategic sourcing recommendations. In 2011, Anita began working at Optelcon, LLC as Vice President of Operations and Customer Care, where they specialized in telecom, mobile, software licensing and IT services. Anita was later promoted to Director of Enterprise Clients.
Anita O'Donnell-Mandell obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Northern Illinois University between 1979 and 1983.
