Laura Ziegler is the Vice President of Marketing at OpTech, an award-winning Professional Services firm providing Information Technology and Engineering services to Fortune 1000 and Government clients. Laura has been with OpTech for 5 years and 7 months, during which time they have held the positions of Vice President of Marketing, Director of Marketing and Communications, and Marketing Manager.

As the Vice President of Marketing, Laura is responsible for developing, implementing and executing a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy each year that aligns with a long-term vision for the marketing and communications effort within the company. Strategies focus on the promotion of OpTech’s public image and brand, via digital marketing, content marketing, marketing automation, brand story-telling, in-person career fairs and events, webinars, educational opportunities, and memberships, partnerships, and sponsorships with associations and varying organizations.

Prior to joining OpTech, Laura was the Corporate Marketing Manager at NTH Consultants, Ltd. for 9 years and 11 months. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of corporate marketing, including branding, advertising, public relations, media relations, trade shows and events, website development and management, social media, collateral development, and market research.

Before their time at NTH Consultants, Ltd., Laura was the Marketing Coordinator at the Newton-Needham Chamber of Commerce for 3 years. In this role they coordinated all aspects of chamber events including monthly mixers, business expos, golf tournaments, and the annual gala. Laura also managed the production of all chamber communications including the weekly e-newsletter, monthly member newsletter, annual directory, website content, and social media posts.

Laura Ziegler has a Bachelor of Science from Central Michigan University and a Master of Business Administration from Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration.
