Shriram B M is an experienced Technical Architect at Opteamix since June 2017, overseeing IT operations to enhance infrastructure performance and user satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing computer operations, ensuring system performance, leading the data center group, and implementing IT disaster recovery strategies. Previously, Shriram served as a Technical Lead Engineer, guiding a team in infrastructure services, and as a DevOps Engineer, focusing on network and server infrastructure. Prior to Opteamix, Shriram held roles at Thomson Reuters as a Senior Application Support Engineer and at Hewlett-Packard as a Technology Solutions Engineer. Shriram holds a Master of Computer Applications from Dr. C. V. Raman University and a Bachelor of Computer Applications from Magadh University, along with a solid academic foundation in secondary education.
