Mateusz Rubacha has extensive experience in implementation and analytical roles, currently serving as a Team Leader for Low-Code Implementation at OPTeam S.A. since July 2020. In this position, responsibilities include conducting analytical work to determine client needs, developing implementation documentation, designing business solutions, and managing project activities. Prior experiences include positions as a Senior Implementation Specialist and Implementation Specialist at OPTeam S.A., as well as an Analyst/Programmer at Netrix S.A. and a Junior Implementation Consultant at Netrix-IT. Mateusz holds an Engineering degree in Mechatronics from the University of Rzeszów, which was obtained between 2012 and 2016.
