Nikki Hallmark is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and client relations. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager and National Sales Support at Optavise since July 2020, Nikki focuses on national account management, communication initiatives, and tracking client objectives, while also managing broker relationships and reporting on KPIs. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Client Relationship Manager at DirectPath, where Nikki oversaw the Benefit Analyst Client Services Team and managed key client relationships. Nikki's earlier career includes positions as Communications Director for the Stitt Restaurant Group and as Seminar Coordinator/Marketing Rep at Megastar Advisors.
