Andre Giglio has a diverse work experience starting from 1994. Andre began their career as an intern at White Martins and later worked as a process supervisor at Cervejaria Ambev. In 1997, they joined Braskem where they held various roles including process engineer, planning specialist, marketing intelligence coordinator, and commercial manager. Andre then worked as a strategic planning manager, responsible for approving the annual budget and analyzing company growth opportunities. From 2010 to 2014, Andre worked at Imerys, where they served as the carbonate unit general manager for South America and the business strategy, M&A, and development director. Andre was responsible for managing multiple areas and implementing new products. From 2014 to 2018, Andre became the CEO of Oxbow Brasil Ltda., overseeing the operations of two industrial plants and three offices. During their tenure, they successfully increased the market share from 9% to 21% despite a challenging market. Andre then joined TECNOSULFUR S/A as the CEO in 2019, responsible for increasing the company's value and managing sales, operations, P&L, balance sheet, and FOCF figures. Andre implemented lean manufacturing and renegotiated contracts and loans. Currently, Andre is the Chief Operations Officer at Opta Group and is soon to become the President NAM Molten Solutions in 2023.

Andre Giglio has a comprehensive education history, including both academic degrees and executive education. Andre completed an Executive Education program in Strategy Execution at IESE Business School in 2021. Prior to that, they pursued an Extension program in Political Philosophy at Harvard University from 2019 to 2020. In 2011, Andre attended INSEAD for an Extension program in Marketing. Andre holds an MBA from FGV EAESP - Escola de Administração de Empresas de São Paulo da Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they obtained in 2007. Before that, in 2005, they completed an Executive Education program in Marketing and Sales at Fundação Dom Cabral. Andre also has a Master of Science degree in Planning from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, which they earned from 1999 to 2001. Andre began their higher education journey with a Postgraduate program in Electrical Engineering at Universidade Federal da Bahia in 1998. Lastly, they completed their undergraduate studies in Chemical Engineering from the same university between 1991 and 1996. Additionally, Andre holds certifications such as a Certificate for Board of Directors from IBGC - Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa, and they are an Associate Member of both the Institute of Corporate Directors and IBGC. Finally, they are certified as a Chemical Engineer by the Conselho Regional De Química 7a Região, which they obtained in 1997.
