Stav Shvartz has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Stav currently holds the position of VP Business Development APAC at Opsys Technologies, where they are responsible for driving the adoption and commercialization of their advanced LiDAR solution. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Business Development APAC at the same company.

Stav Shvartz 史达夫's education history begins with earning a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Business Management from Tel Aviv University between 2009 and 2012. Later, in 2014 and 2015, Shvartz pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). In 2015 and 2016, Shvartz attended London Business School for another Master of Business Administration (MBA) program, although the field of study is not specified. Finally, in 2019, Shvartz furthered language proficiency by completing a course in Chinese Language (Mandarin) at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
