Sara Lasso de la Vega has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Sara is currently working at OPSWAT as a Cybersecurity Regional Sales Manager for Spain and Portugal. Prior to this, they worked at Motorola Solutions as a Cybersecurity Sales Manager for the Europe and LATAM regions, where they led and managed the cybersecurity sales process. Sara also served as the Bid Manager for International projects at Motorola Solutions. Before joining Motorola Solutions, Sara worked as the EMEA ITS Bid Manager at Ricoh Europe. Earlier in their career, they gained experience at Siemens as a Bid Manager, Business Strategy and Market Intelligence Manager, and R&D System Engineer. Sara started their career as a Railway SW Engineer at SEPSA and later worked as a Design Engineer at Indra.

Sara Lasso de la Vega holds a Bachelor of Industrial Technical Engineering degree from Universidad de Alcalá, which they obtained from 1999 to 2003. Sara further pursued a Bachelor of Electronic Engineering degree from the same university, completing it from 2006 to 2009. Following this, Sara pursued a Master's degree in IT Project Management from Universidad de Alcalá, which they completed from 2011 to 2013. In 2020, Sara attended IMF Smart Education to earn a Digital Transformation Master's degree, specializing in Innovation & Digital Transformation.
