Michael Gisevius has over 17 years of experience in sales and account management roles. Michael is currently a Regional Sales Manager at OPSWAT, where they focus on protecting critical infrastructure by eliminating malware and zero-day attacks. Prior to that, they were a Regional Sales Manager at Cyberint, where they provided organizations with deep and dark web threat intelligence and attack surface management solutions.

Before their roles at OPSWAT and Cyberint, Michael held various positions at Bitdefender, including DACH Territory Sales Manager, Territory Account Manager DACH Central, and Enterprise Account Executive. Michael also worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Zeutschel GmbH, a Key Account Manager Partner Sales at D-Link Central Europe, and a Distribution Manager D.A.CH. and Channel Account Manager at Bitdefender GmbH.

Earlier in their career, Michael was involved in indirect sales and partner management at Arcor and worked as an Account Manager Systemhaus at Brother International GmbH.

Michael Gisevius attended Gymnasium am Ostring from an unknown start year until 2001. Michael then enrolled at Louis-Baare-Berufskolleg Bochum, where they studied from 2001 to 2004 and obtained a degree in IT-System-Kaufmann IHK. Additionally, Michael Gisevius earned multiple certifications from OPSWAT Academy, including ICIP, OPSWAT ODSA, OECA, OESA, OFSA, OLSA, OMCP, ONSA, OSSA, and OWPA, in April 2023.
