Apurna Pokkunuru started their work experience in 2014 as a Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services. Apurna underwent extensive training in PLM Tools like TeamCenter during this role. In 2017, they became self-employed and worked on a retail desktop application project on the platform uTest until October 2019.

From June 2019 to September 2019, Apurna worked as a Mobile Application Tester at Samsung Electronics. Afterwards, they joined TravelUp Group PLC in September 2019 as an IT QA Analyst. In this role, they led the quality assurance of the xPlatform software application, performing manual and automation test activities and developing tests and frameworks using TFS, Selenium/C#. Apurna utilized cutting-edge tools and CI/CD processes until January 2022.

Most recently, starting from January 2022, Apurna is a QA Engineer at Opsview.

Apurna Pokkunuru pursued a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology & Research Academy (SASTRA) in Thanjavur, from the year 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, Apurna completed a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from JNTUH College of Engineering Hyderabad, between 2008 and 2012.

Additionally, Apurna holds a certification in ISTQB from BCS. The specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
