Zoé Mollet-Viéville has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2019, they started their professional journey as an IP Jurist intern at SZLEPER HENRY. Following that, they worked as a Legal Counsel at Time Art from February to July 2020. In 2021, Zoé joined Culinr, where they held the position of Legal Counsel and Product Manager until July 2022. Currently, they are employed at Opstream as a Product Manager. Opstream is a company that specializes in revolutionizing modern procurement teams through an AI-driven platform. Zoé is responsible for establishing a centralized platform for all employees to manage purchase requests and licenses while streamlining and automating workflows. Their role also involves enabling stakeholders to create dynamic intake and approval processes using no-code workflows.

Zoé Mollet-Viéville completed their Master 1 (M1) in Intellectual Property Law at Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) from 2020 to 2021.
