Joanna Laska is a seasoned professional with a robust background in human resources and training management, currently serving as the Process & Development Manager at OpsTalent since October 2013. Joanna has developed and conducted training courses focused on modern leadership topics such as Agile Leadership and effective communication. Prior experience includes roles as HR Manager, where Joanna provided consultancy to management and developed strategies for employee engagement, and HR Recruitment and Training Team Leader, overseeing recruitment processes and team development initiatives. In addition to these responsibilities, Joanna is a Lecturer at Uniwersytet WSB Merito Wrocław, teaching on new trends in people management. Joanna holds a Master's degree in Polish Language and Literature from the University of Wroclaw and has previous experience as a Language Teacher, specializing in Japanese.
