Shyamala Guttula is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in human resources management. Currently serving as Manager - HR Operations at OpsMaven since April 2023, Shyamala previously held the position of HR Manager at Kensium Solutions from July 2018 to March 2023 and at Voxvalley Technologies Pvt Ltd from August 2016 to March 2018. Earlier experience includes roles at Kensium Solutions Pvt Ltd as HR Associate - 3 from September 2011 to August 2016 and as HR Executive at Sparsh Communications Pvt Ltd from January 2010 to September 2011. Shyamala holds an M.B.A. in Human Resources Development from PG Ram Reddy Center for Distance Education and an M.B.A. in Human Resources Management from Siddhartha High School, Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad.
