Florian Fangohr is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience leading design initiatives across various companies. Currently serving at Opportunity@Work since January 2023, Florian is focused on digital design for skills-based hiring. As the founder of fangohr, llc since April 2003, Florian has collaborated with notable clients including Adobe and MTV Networks. Previous roles include Design Director at Orion, where Florian redesigned financial reporting and developed behavioral finance initiatives, and Design Director at OS33, where Florian created a workplace security computing platform. Additionally, Florian held positions as Lead Designer at Sherpaa Health, Art Director at frog Design and Grey, and Lead Designer at Organic, demonstrating a diverse portfolio in both product and brand design. Florian's educational background includes studies at the School of Visual Arts (SVA).
