Rhonda Karels has over two decades of experience in the field of employment support and mental health services. As an Employment Specialist at Opportunity Services since May 2002, Rhonda assists individuals with disabilities in achieving and sustaining employment. From July 1992 to 2012, Rhonda served as President and board member of NAMI St. Cloud Area, contributing to mental health advocacy and community support. Prior to that role, Rhonda was a Mental Health Associate at Catholic Charities from May 1992 to July 2002, working with adults facing severe and persistent mental health challenges in a residential program.
