Marsha Legg is the current CEO at Opportunity Builders, Inc. and has dedicated their professional career to helping individuals with barriers to employment.
Marsha started their career at Humanim in 1999 as the Director of Career Development & Transition Services. In this role, they were responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing programs geared towards assisting at-risk youth in successfully transitioning into adulthood.
In 2013, they left Humanim to join The League for People with Disabilities as their Senior Vice President, Workforce & Community Engagement. In this role, they oversaw all workforce development and community engagement initiatives for the organization.
In 2020, they were named CEO of Opportunity Builders, Inc. and has continued their work in helping individuals with barriers to employment achieve their goals.
Marsha Legg has a Master's degree in Education & Human Development from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Elon University. Marsha also attended Kent County High School.
