Troy Norman is a seasoned workforce development professional with extensive experience in designing and implementing employment strategies for diverse populations. Currently serving as a Workforce Development Strategist at Opportunities, Inc. since June 2020, Troy Norman is responsible for enhancing training and employment services through innovative engagement and retention strategies. Prior to this role, Troy Norman held multiple leadership positions at Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin, Inc. from 2002 to April 2020, including Director of Environmental Services, Director of Environmental & Employment Services, Director of Workforce Development, Director of Transitional Jobs, and Director of Vocational Services. Throughout these roles, Troy Norman focused on identifying workforce development needs, creating career strategies, and assisting individuals with barriers to employment in successfully transitioning to unsubsidized job opportunities. Troy Norman holds a Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
