Dhwani Mehta is an experienced HR technology professional currently serving as a Member at ASCENT since October 2023. As the Founder and Director of Opportune Technologies Pvt Ltd since December 2004, Dhwani has spearheaded the development of OPTHRMS, a web-based Enterprise HRMS solution that automates HR processes from talent acquisition to retirement, emphasizing a Software as a Service (SaaS) model. Opportune has a notable track record in deploying and managing HR applications on cloud platforms, boasting a 97% customer subscription rate for its SaaS offerings. Dhwani also designed the trademarked Cuckoo Tech, a time and attendance automation solution. Furthermore, Dhwani serves as an Advisory Committee Member at St. Francis Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai, and was a Co-Founder and HR Technology Partner at HR Fidelity Consulting Services LLP from December 2015 to March 2020, contributing to the DIYhr platform.
